Shipping Policy: 

Rocks and Rescues is not responsible for items once they are shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at time of purchase as items are shipped to the payment address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address ( as you the customer create the address on shipping), misdirected packages, or undeliverable packages.  If a package is returned to us as undeliverable and you wish to have your package again sent out, you must cover cost of shipping.

We are not responsible for damage ( chipped, cracked, breaking, etc) to crystals in shipping. Unfortunately, crystals and minerals are inherently breakable, but great care is taken to ensure they arrive intact and in the same state as purchased. All stones are placed inside of a specialized foam casing created specifically for shipping fragile items. This is then wrapped in biodegradable packaging and placed in a corrugated box for added strength and support. The final step is placing this box inside a larger shipping box, further surrounded by packaging for cushion.
