Specularite is a variety of Hematite known for its metallic luster, in this case, naturally forming into an internal phantom- mountain along the inside of the quartz wand.  This piece is unique in its almost forest green hue that accompanies the internal specularite phantom, encased by a naturally biterminated clear quartz.  This wand also has a the remants of prior attached crystal that separated at some point in the formation process, and now has a beautiful area of self-healed crystalization along the side. 
 
Metaphysically, Specularite is associated with anchoring, protective, and grounding energies.
